Another week has gone by and we are still home, waiting for the virus to decrease in numbers and life to get back to normal. We pray that you are all healthy and well. We've been hearing a lot about the Quarantine Beard lately and wanted to say how much we have enjoyed seeing numerous posts of newly bearded brothers. Jim Carrey has been in the forefront of this #letsgrowtogether movement on Twitter and we love it... The more beards in the world, the better!

Disgraceland - A Rock N' Roll True Crime Podcast by Jake Brennan. This is one of my favorite podcasts, jam packed with stories of musicians acting crazy and literally getting away with murder. It connects the musicians stories with current events of that time to make you feel like you are back when it all went down. I'd recommend starting with Slick Rick but you can't go wrong with The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Motley Crew, Guns N' Roses, Marvin Gaye, Rick James, Tupac, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg or any of the others!
Just 6 Weeks - I've been using this app for a few weeks now since the Covid-19 pandemic started and our local gym closing down. I was looking for a simple exercise app that I could use a few times a week and then supplement it with some outdoor activities like bike riding and running. Just 6 Weeks has only 7 different body weight exercises to complete, increasing in difficulty as the weeks go on. Sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, dips, bench dips, plank and squats... That's it. Find a space in your house that you can work out in and get after it.
